Should have moved the girl in the background not dressed for graduation out of the background. The prices are also Waaaaay too expensive- absolutely ridiculous!!
because the website was very difficult to maneuver and i ended up pay in extra because i bought two packages of 3 download’s instead of one for six . I couldn’t tell his to pick more than one picture. So i’m extremely upset for over paying!
The photo was great. The ordering process was easy. The delivery was fast.
The flash on the photos is too bright and completely washed out the background. There are no photos of the front of my student while getting pinned by the professor only the back. This was so disappointing and we’ll be sitting much closer for the next graduation from the RN program so we don’t have to rely on a 3rd party for photos. For what I paid to commemorate this occasion, I would have expected better photos or at least touched up images to correct the brightness.
Quality product sent quickly.
The one photo I even considered buying looked cloudy from the way the sun shone. Very disappointing because there was no way for a parent to get a closer shot of the event. Not sure how you can make it right other than to make sure someone is doing a dry run before the actual ceremony and watching the light more carefully as the event proceeds.

Item sent quickly and the photo was good quality.
When the pictures arrived, I was surprised to see how dark the background was. The proofs were misleading in that regard. I also didn't appreciate that the discounted rate only applied if you ordered a short time after the event.
You send way too many emails!
They looked really bad for how much it cost to get them. My smart phone takes better pictures
Easy to order online, and print was shipped quickly. However the "your item has shipped" listed both the print and the mug we ordered and said "Your photographs have shipped via U.S. Post Office. Your mailed prints should arrive in about 7-10 business days. If you do not receive them in this time period, please reply to this email. Thank you for your business!

...so when a few weeks went by and NO MUG I responded to the email asking where the mug was. The reply was "3-5 weeks". You see the inconsistent messaging here. I'd suggest making that more clear in the "item shipped" email by laying out shipping times for different items.
Too expensive. Custom service people are good though.
Picture was wrong and no one has contact me back from phone message and email messages I have left. Poor customer service and poor photo adjustments that I paid extra for and can’t use - total rip off

You sent me the wrong magnets. I have 2 magnets of someone else's daughter, and none of the 4 magnets I ordered of my own daughter.
