I purchased your items for my son’s graduation in 2019, very pleased. Everything was beautiful especially the plaque. Unfortunately, I did not have my sons order to compare, The plaque in 2019 is impressive with an 8x0 photo, engraving and all. I received my daughters plaque and even though the description states 8x10, it comes as a 5x7 photo and an 8x10 plaque. They were to be put on the wall with their senior pic but now they are mis-sized, I called your company and inquired as to what happened. She had no interest in my order and politely said, that plaque is discontinued. I am going to attempt to a have a trophy company replicate the 2019 version after my daughters party. It’s a shame, you changed it. The original was spectacular and worth every penny spent. So, yeah highly disappointed on the product, the special effect touching on the photos (all were shiny), and the customer service I received when I called to inquire about the difference. Price for packages is insanely expensive.
The picture we got was very nice, but the “name plate” isn’t a name plate at all, it’s just on printed paper. The pricing is too high for what was received.
You only got 3 pics of my daughter they were all horrible. Now I am never able to capture this memory in a way that she likes her photo.

I was very excited to get the graduation package but after seeing the price and realizing it's SO OVER PRICED and I can not afford it. I was only able to pay the $13.00 FOR ONE PICTURE AND THAT WAS ON SALE! I think it's so sad and disappointing to think of the lower income families such as mine that are unable to pay these ridiculous prices and will never have these photos.. And they expire so if you don't have the money now you will never get them! Your company is taking advantage of these what are supposed to be great memories. Disgusting.

Love the quality of the beautiful printed photos and that you got that shot that day. I could not have gotten it from how far away I was. I also purchased the digital versions for social media.
The picture quality is great; however, your prices are outrageous. The average family is not able to spend $160 on six photos.

The prices are high but the moment captured was good.. The wait time is very long. I received some of my order within a week of ordering. When I emailed to find out what happened to the rest of my order I was told 1 more week and when I did not receive it I emailed them again and they said another 2-3 weeks. For the amount of money paid and the cost of shipping I was expecting it to be sent to me in a timely manner.
I never received my Magnet!
I would have bought more pics had the prices not been so high. I was also wanting 4x6 size.
