The pictures are way too expensive for the quality.
The images were very expensive, as were the photo packages. I liked a couple of the photos, specifically the ones that were of natural mannerisms and not posed but I would not be likely to recommend you based on the price point.

Our pictures turned out very pick hue. Not well printed, it looked cheap unfortunately.
The cost and the size options of the photos. It was frustrating to have to order the pictures as a 5x7 and $10 per photo seemed slightly excessive

The graduation picture that I purchased is a bit blurry.
I only ordered one photo, but I liked that I could edit on my own. The pic is good quality.

The pictures came out wonderful and definitely worth ordering them since when parents take their own pictures they don't come out the same way

The quality of the photos are great. Really liked the quickness of receiving the proofs after my son's graduation. Once we ordered we received the photos in a timely manner.
Shadows in pics , no details to eyes
Photos were beautiful, the photographers were very considerate. Just didn’t really want/afford/expect to buy photos. But I did anyways because they were well done.
The printed picture that arrived was darker/duller than the digital preview.
The customer service aspect was terrible. I emailed and called several tines to just ask questions before I placed my order and nobody would respond.

The photographer took only one picture of my daughter as she was receiving her diploma. A pivotal and a once in a lifetime moment. My daughters eyes were closed!!!!
I sent an email to the company and it was explained only one “shot” is taken per student.
This is fine if the shot is good. She should have looked to make sure the pic looked great before moving on. One does not get the opportunity to repeat that historical moment.
I am beyond disappointed!!!!

Pictures are so expensive! An under $50 photo package that the average family might be able to swing purchasing.
Your prices are absolutely outrageous like wtf $60 for one digital download is a ripoff. You are taking advantage of the fact that these are peoples precious memories
While graduations are big events it would be nice to have a say in the pose used. The image of myself and the university's president was taken pointing up at the stage. In the photography industry, this is known as a bad angle for most subjects. Due to the poor location setup, I was unable to order this image to commemorate my lifetime achievement.

The photo was blurry, not worth the money!!! Customer Service has not replied to our email after several attempts. Notifying BBB. Requested refund!

You charged me $50 for a photo I could have gotten for free if I'd taken it myself. It was a ripoff and you added pictures of a child and family that wasn't mine. And I couldn't deselect the pictures. It is a bad business model. And I haven't gotten the pictures I paid for almost two weeks ago. You've taken the money but no pictures have been received.
