It was very easy to order the photos and download them. I can then decide how I would like to print them on my own.
No one has contacted me back about my missing photos. I have called and left a message and emailed. If I do not hear from someone soon I will dispute the charges to my credit card. Also most of the photos flagged as my child were not here and most of them were of someone of another race.
The pictures were very nice and the online purchase very easy!

The pictures turned out terrible! Horrible glare! I contacted the company immediately in regard to my disappointment via email twice and phone. I was never contacted by anyone! I would never use this company again as they don’t care about customers.

Bizarre setup of quickly increasing photo prices if not purchased right away. Felt like old style outdated sales technique. I would have purchased more if not for this approach.

The photographers were able to take several great shots of my son during his graduation. He attends a very large metro high school with over 1000 students in his class, so we were not able to get close enough to take our own pictures. I'm really glad these pictures turned out well. I also received the photos quickly after I placed the order.
They were very nice and I wish I could have afforded more. I just didn't have the money because they were too pricey for my budget.

The quality of the photo was excellent. I didn't receive my complete order. I ordered an 8"x10" photo which I received and I ordered a photo magnet which I didn't receive. I would like the rest of the order.
