Quality products and quick turnaround.
Photo was a little dark
I’m pretty much disappointed, because from all pictures there is none can be used as a portrait. They costly, but even that is ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE to receive quality shots.
On One picture half of the face is covered by hat of another student and another picture with semi closed eyes, apparently photographer is not professional enough and doesn’t take good shots. This is a one time event in my son’s life and I don’t have good picture for memories. Very disappointed.
Make sure you have the right person when you send the sample pictures the young man, had on glasses, and a beard with my son had neither
Offer a 4x6 print option. The prices for prints are incredibly high for a 5x7 and an 8x10. It's a great memento to have from the event but it does cost way more then it should. Having a more affordable 4x6 or 4x4 price point would be nice!
I paid to have hair strand that was in his face remove and nothing was done. If it was too big to remove then I should have been told or refunded the touch up cost. I would not have paid for the digital photo if I thought the hair was not going to be removed. Now I have a photo I will never use for anything.
The proof didn’t match the picture I received. The name of the high school was cropped out of the photo. Nobody responded to my email about it.
So easy to order pictures/ lots of options. Quick delivery.
Pictures were not great. I would not purchase if it weren’t of my kid in his cap and gown.
The price for digital downloads was extreme and I don’t like how companies are making moments like this so expensive.
The photos were great, but very expensive. I was only able to buy one small print of two of the four options. The digital download was extremely expensive as well.
I understand you are a business, but with having other things to pay for my senior, I’m not going to choose a pricey picture package or download.
There are plenty of competing photographers in my area who are more reasonably priced who I would recommend to a friend.
Prompt shipping after placement of online order.
Too many pressured messages sent giving tricky wording to get you to order. Then I only received part of my order and one of the overly priced photos is blurry. My order stated it would take 7-10 business days and when I only got half the order the response was that orders take up to 5 weeks. Which is it. What a disappointment.
1) The photographer used such harsh, direct flashes that it outshined my face like a desert sun.
2) Then you charge a fee to undo the photographer's inexperienced work of the harsh flash in the photo, when the investment of a filtered or indirect flash attachment would have addressed that problem professionally.
3) the price of the photo was reasonable for what I am stuck with

I have sent 2 emails Regarding my order. It was a simple question. When I received my digital image, it was Cropped. All I asked for was the same image be resent Not Cropped! I received No response after contacting the customer service email address. I mean seriously, even if I got a response that said No that would have been better than nothing.
On a side note, I would have been happy to buy more images and prints if there were more that actually showed her. I received many pictures where she was a speck in the background.
Obviously, my experience with your company could have been better.

When I ordered pictures, I selected and paid extra to remove glare off my sons glasses and diploma and it wasn’t done. I’ve tried calling. Goes straight to a voicemail with no return call. For a few hundred dollars the quality of the pictures are very disappointing.
Kyle's picture had green circles all over it and the lighting was awful. The developing was the issue I'm sure because the proof picture was very nice in the email selection. 🤷
Not sure what happened.
I would appreciate a replacement.
It's the photo of him alone.
The other one I purchased was perfect.

There really weren't many pictures to select from. The majority were crowd pictures so not anything I would likely buy and put in a frame.
The posed pictures were nice.
Honestly the pictures were not great and I wasn't impressed with the print quality.

This is not something that I do . The school chose . We didn't have any input.
I sent 3 emails asking how do I download my digital photos and never got a single reply. Your system is not easy to navigate, expensive and customer service is non-responsive. I will be reporting to the school, doing a chargeback with my credit card company and giving a bad Google review. I would prefer not to but what option do I have. You do not have a phone number and do not respond to emails.

The photo was horrible quality. The sun was behind and photo was so light. In no way was this professional photo quality. When reviewing the tiny thumbnails, I did not notice the horrible quality.
We liked all pictures unfortunately we couldn’t get all! Thank you so much for make easier this memories!
