Way too expensive!!
I did not receive all the photos that I ordered. The picture magnets were missing.
Pricing is way too high. I understand your time is valuable, but you are basically holding students/families hostage to get the pictures at way, way over market price for a digital picture. And frankly I believe you know it.
The magnets are not worth the money. The color in awful. My daughter's diploma cover shpuld be red and it looks pink on the magnet. Still waiting on part of our order.
The 5x 7 photo is great! The photo in glass took a long time to arrive and its very light & looks washed out. Love the glass frame though!

Pictures were off center, one of them he was in the car right bottom corner. Fence was to his neck, jst over all disappointed. Did not look like a professional job at all

It was a very good picture of our grandson. We received the photos purchased in a timely manner and in good condition by mail. The only issue would be the dark background blended too much with his dark graduation gown, though the photography of him was very good.
Great photos and quick turnaround
Ridiculously high pricing. Well over twice as expensive than expected. I’m angry I bought pictures for the price and quality. I didn’t want to completely snub your business even though I feel taken advantage of during an exciting and important time in our family’s life.

I paid for 5×7 photos and magnets. I did not receive the magnets. Sent an email in regards to this. With no response.
1. Way too expensive compared to regular school photos, no consideration is given to family with modest means. 2. Quality of the photos were average and paper very thin. 3. Very short deadline, which we missed, after which the price is jacjed up even further is a disgrace! 4. Website was not convenient or intuitive….. You could make things right by reimbursing 50% of the cost or offering another set of prints at no cost.
