You did a awesome job at sending me great pics of my daughter but I think they pricey especially for digital downloads. If it was $50 for all I would have done that but not for one picture. But thank you for the services.

We received our son's graduation photos on Saturday, June 10th, we opened the box today, the quality of your work is amateurish at best, we paid extra for "touch-ups," absolutely nothing was touched up, our sons face is shining as though he is in the sun, the wallets must be cut with scissors, the photo on canvas screams "cheap," the quality of your work is not worth the outrageous sum we paid, we are "so" disappointed, receiving a Ph.D., is a momentous occassion, you have ruined our son's big day! Just know that if I thought the photos were great, I would be typing a message to you to let you know that we were happy however, that is unfortunately not the case! Lastly, you did not even enclose an invoice, nor a list of our specific purchases, and there was not even a business card with information on how to reach you! I will be in touch with Michigan State University, regarding this matter! Thank you for listening!

PS. I sent this email to you on June 11th, this is the first time I have received any correspondence from you, poor, poor, customer service! I am so embarrassed by the photos!
Cost for single photo is very high, and quality does not match price charged. Packages as well are cost prohibitive for a recent graduate, let alone anyone else.
Also long timeframe to receive plague.

I wasn’t impressed that you took several wonderful pictures of my graduate, along with family pics and friend pics and then you give the option to download a minimum amount of pictures for an outrageous price.

For the record you did send us one proof that your algorithm pegged as my student but it was another young lady. Would have liked to have had one more pose to check out but got her instead

A few of my photos came back blurry. They did not look blurry when I ordered them so I did not pay for touch ups.
