I got my daughter pictures, they are very nice

I received a photo that i had tonpay for with a blemish. I am unable to send the photo to a family member
The service of my actual order was quite good and very prompt. What I didn't appreciate was the large volume of e-mails I got after the order had been placed and delivered, urging me to buy more.
The pictures were not that great quality, they were impossible to see with the stupid watermarks moving through them and the prices were absurd. If I would have know this ahead of time I would have sit closer and took my own.
The photos were good the service was fine. The price was way too much. It felt like gouging.
Quality of photos are low grade, it’s nothing I would show anyone, the sheen is cheap. Would like a refund

For the cost of the packages, I would have expected the shadow cast by the cap to be removed from the pictures. All the graduate pictures I have viewed each have the same shadow.

My son’s face was blurry and the boy behind him was in focus. It was something I couldnt tell by looking at it on my phone as I was ordering. I was disappointed when I saw the photo I purchased.

I had received a defective photograph, and I was immediately helped out. The customer service is excellent :) and the images turned out beautiful, so no complaints!
