It is what I wanted
Multiple photos taken when my student was not aware and was talking or looking sideways. Should have made students aware especially as they walked in that they were being photographed.
Not a good quality
It was decent. I was disappointed with the quality of one photo from our order though. Didn’t seem to match the proofs - was overexposed.
It was very quick and easy to get the pictures. I so appreciate your company doing this for sour students.
Prices were high for what was offered
The pictures turned out great and they came very quickly!

Improve pricing. No reason it should cost over $200 to download the photos.
For $200 I could pay for an entire graduation photoshoot with editing.
2 of the 4 photos were extremely washed out. My sons skin tone was stark white compared to how it appeared online and in the other photos. I looked like a cheap printout from a drug store & i haven’t had time to request it reprinted but I’m hopeful they will be for the price paid. I would never frame these as i had hoped to
I was happy to get pictures of my daughters graduation but I could have taken the same if not better pictures with my own phone or camera. They are also ridiculously expensive for what you get.
I didn’t like the quality of the picture maybe it’s what I chose. I don’t know. It seemed too shiny and his facial hair was extra dark.

Photos are very bad, blurry and not clear. I want to return them and want my money back please.

The one photo I wanted , her shaking hands and getting diploma, there was only one option and her eyes were closed

Lighting editing could be better and we have yet to receive the tassel frame we ordered.
Great photos
The graduation photos were wonderful and beautifully clicked. The representatives at the graduation ceremony were helping students so much before their photos were taken. We are extremely happy with their services. Thanks so much 😊😊
