My photo was blurry and it cost a lot of money for it. Also my son was not centered in it and I could not fit it. I was very disappointed! Glad I only bought one.
Overpriced for the type of photos
Photos were bent during shipping. Cardboard not firm enough. Color was terrible in one photo that did not appear to be discolored when ordering
You should have plain background and not seeing other people behind you. For the price of the photo quality is awful.
I am not impressed with the quality. My spouse and I joked, that Walgreens would have been a better quality print

Other people helping at graduation shouldn’t be in the photo. I’d prefer a more affordable digital option for photos.
I didn’t receive my photo magnets.
1. The prices are just way to high; out of line. I know you pay people to do this, you provide a service, but the picture and emailing costs zero. A person earning close to minimum wage would have to work a week or two to afford them.
2. For these huge prices, I didn't get a release for the copyrights, even after asking for them.
3. One picture which we would have ordered was nice but clearly had bad color; disappointing.

The quality of the image vs the price is outrageous. The editing process is terrible not to mention this company has us between a rock and a hard place, when trying to purchase images. Even the school pictures and sports picture digital images are more reasonably priced than these. These photos for some maybe the only ones some families have and may not be able to afford.
They took some awesome pictures at graduation.😊

Offer photos with family
The packaging that my 8X10 arrived in was a thin envelope. There was no cardboard to protect the face of the photograph. When it arrived it was curved and a semi circle like indenture on the face of the photo.
I did call, and a new one was sent to me immediately.
Price was ridiculous. I would have rather taken my own picture.
Super expensive
Your system did not allow us, parents of more than one senior to bundle the already expensive packages that were available. So, we opted to buy 3 different packages of pictures on a clear rip off mode, as we spent more than $400 dollars and no sympathy or flexibility was shown.
To make things worse, some of the pictures from one kid were misplaced on the other kid's package, making things even more complicated and disclosing how poor your service was.
On a last attempt to talk to your customer service personnel, and give this company a chance to reduce our awful experience, we received a sound NO as if wanted to receive pictures for free !! Even after escalating the issue, the company's policy superceded its customer satisfaction.
I felt I should have cancelled the while deal, except in that case, it'd be even worse as I would most probably be accused of taking advantage of the situation.
For these reasons above, I would definitely NOT recommend this company even to my worst enemy.
It is pitiful, to say the least.

The website is confusing first it asked me to pay $15 if I wanted retouch which I wanted for my daughter’s pictures but after that it asked me again if I wanted a retouch and added another $15 so I thought that was extra retouch on that specific picture but what I got was one only retouched picture. I was disappointed. I liked the poses and the angles but as far as the shopping website did not explain what gets retouched and did not break out the services and such.
It would help if prices were more reasonable. We could only afford 2 printed photos, and they weren’t even 8x10. I’d love to see group shots available in a gallery for purchase (groups of friends).
Excellent photos, reasonable prices and fast delivery
Prices were high. $10.95 for a single 5x7 with no editing is more than Life touch charged for school pics that include minor editing.
During the ceremony you had camera issues, which happens and is understandable. But it appeared that several students didn't get both picture opportunities. Hopefully something was done after the ceremony to get those.
I didn’t receive my photos that I spent around $80 on. I needed them before June 25th for my graduation party. I was suppose to receive them latest on June 22. They sent a new order in but I haven’t received those yet either. I can’t even receive my order so why would I recommend to someone else.
You and the school system are just extorting money.
