I have been emailing and calling regarding and error with my order; however, no one will respond.
The pictures were amazing, captured my son's pride perfectly. The photos were a bit pricey. But I had to get all of them. He only graduates once. Thank you for the beautiful pictures
The pictures taken had someone else’s face up close in my sons pictures. It seems from the expression on my sons face that he felt ambushed by the photographer.
Clearly the photographer was rushed and not clearly focusing on every student.
This was a one time only that we as parents had to see our child walk the stage and graduate from high school.
We as parents were not allowed to take pictures up close which I can understand, BUT we should then expect to receive at least one acceptable picture of our graduate.
Very very disappointed in the company Livonia Public Schools hired and the results of our graduates pictures.
Only 3 good pictures, kinda crazy prices for even one single print and it came in blurry and foggy looking.

Pictures didn’t have my son as the focus as other kids in front him. I contacted customer service to see if your face recognition program could find better or other pictures of him.
The quality was not great.
Over price for average pictures. I could take the same looking pictures if I had access to get closer to my child while he was accepting his diploma. I feel like that as parents we are being taken advantage of on a very special day of our families lives. What about the families who could not afford your average over priced pictures? It is just sad. I will definitely become a part of the PTO or what ever committee for the Seniors when my daughter graduates to make sure we are not being over charged for average pictures.
The pictures captured pivotal times, hand shake with the principal, holding diploma, etc. High quality. And quick delivery of product.

The options of products
The pictures are too vivid with a lot of "shine" look on the face. Also, there is not enough contrast. Very dissapointed for a professional picture.

Just bummed our group photo my eyes are shut and I’m the one paying for the darn pictures! My daughters grad pictures are fine but just maybe take more than one in case some one blinks! 🤷🏼♀️

You sold me pictures in which my daughters eyes were completely closed. The images we received before ordering looked like squinting. VERY disappointed and you’re expensive!
The photos were not clear. And, when it showed me how the picture would look, I did not see the school name to the lower left side. Therefore, I typed in the school name, not knowing the pictures were already going to have the school name on the actual photo.
I would like it he two 8x10 that we purchased refunded. I can then reorder and I’ll know not to type in the school name in the personalized section. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to get a clear photo.

I ordered two photos and one of them looked very different from the online one. The one I received was very bright and my face look very white and unrealistic.
I paid for touch ups on my son’s photo. There were no touch ups made. I have attempted to contact this company and no one will return my messages.
