1) Expensive. 2) bad crop on one of three ordered photos 3) No followup / answer on my cropped photo issue.
You can make it right by returning my phone call/e-mail and sending a corrected photo or refunding my money. It's been over a week since I sent my e-mail.

Didn’t work to get subjects attention prior to taking photo.
Photos had too many people in the background or didn't focus on the subject i.e. person shaking hand was cut off or picture focused on back of person. Perhaps more photographers to slow the pace would help.
The handing of the diploma on stage picture was very nice however the wind kicked up at the next area off stage and I have 2 photos with my daughter's hair covering her face. The photographer didn't allow time to adjust her hair. There is no way to recreate that moment but I would encourage photographers to take the few seconds that is necessary to make adjustments.
Amazing service and product!
It's expensive, to say the least. Over $50 to digitally download one image is insane. So no, I would not recommend you. We had a law school graduation in our family (in May), and there was a different photography company there who took better pictures and the download was half the price. (So no, it is not the going rate, you are adding obscene surcharges because you had exclusive access and are price gouging because of it).
Also, the proof showed that the print would show her diploma in the picture, when I got the digital image, I could not see the diploma. I would have ordered the different picture had I known I wasn't getting the exact image, or not ordered one at all.
I was so excited to have good pictures from the graduation, I didn't worry about taking ones of the diploma handoff since they were being taken professionally. There was no photo of my child receiving their diploma from the principal, some were blurry or had other people in front in the shot, and the photos arrived bent (not your fault- seems like a USPS issue)- so I couldn't use them as I intended for the open house. Now I need to go through the hassle and expense of paying for shipping to return the ones that arrived damaged. I would suggest having 2 photographers so everyone gets a diploma handoff shot, and maybe sturdier mailers that don't bend as easily (not your fault- USPS rubberbanded it with a stack of smaller mail). Or ship in the tube like the class photos because those came with zero damage.
The pictures were just okay, but for almost $300.00, you would have better frames with glass., not cheezo plastic. They look cheaper than dollar store frames.

I believe in being honesty and you asked for my opinion. i was very disappointed in the pictures. They were extremely dark and I didn't think looked professional. The Central sign was cut off and since my daughter was in the masters program, she wore black. Her pictures were taken against a black background. (with a partial Central banner). I didn't order many but I also didn't take a lot because I thought there would be more professional photos. I wish I would have been able to see them that day so I could have asked for other photos to be taken or taken them myself.

Respectfully I know there were 400 plus students but you guys had some of my photos correct buy then you also mistaken me for a dude who wears glasses and a another dude who doesn't look like either of us.
Easy to use and the prices were great
Photo was not good quality. I could of taken a better picture with my cell phone. Was disappointed there was no backdrop or lightning to help with the quality of the photo.
Was forced to buy only because was unable to get a picture from the seats we were in. Was to far away.
