The pictures were very good and shipping was timely!
To say I was shocked at the price you charge for a digital photo of one image is an understatement. I could have taken the same photo but was planning to get it from you until I saw the price. I only bought the prints I did because I was unaware that I was going to be ripped off and I didn't have the image. I feel like you're taking advantage of people. It's sad.
I was not emailed or text the pictures of my child. It was other people’s pictures. I had to search through all the pictures to find my daughters. When I would look up her name another persons pictures would show up. My daughter did say she forgot to do the QR code so maybe that was the problem. I also think that the cost of $50 for 1 digital image is too high.
I ordered two different photos. One seems out of focus. It didn’t seem to be out of focus in the original email, which I no longer have. So, a little disappointed in the quality. I won’t be framing that one.
Have affordable packages. This was a bit expensive. A view reported at the Mason High School by many parents, family.
Overall print pricing was fine, but in an age of digital photography, it is a bit galling to have to pay What I think is a pretty high price for a medium resolution digital download when one is purchasing prints. If someone buys a few prints you should send whatever digital file you shot withfor free. Its not like you are sending out an original large format negative or something, and I get if someone is not ordering prints. But come on.
Frankly, it is Denison that should be the one covering that in general with anything above that being on the families ordering the prints.
The quality of the pictures were very good. They were professional and affordable.

Prices are too high
too expensive, comprised photos, no one ever answers the phone or returns calls.
I paid extra for touch ups and my kid had hair coming out from under his cap and it was just left there. The photo itself could have been better, but I can't imagine it's that hard to remove hair. Kinda sad. Once in a lifetime.
I ordered two different pictures, we couldn’t tell by the proofs you sent that one of them was BLURRY!! Wasn’t happy at all!

Prices are a little steep....yes, they are in line with other photographers, but that doesn't mean they are particularly reasonable. I would have bought more with better pricing.
I did not like the background of my photos.
The photos were incredibly expensive and didn't turn out as good as they should for $50 per picture. There is no actual photo of my daughter receiving her diploma, just a posed one afterward.
The picture that was taken of my daughter with the cap and gown in the background there’s a girls face, so I ordered it without realizing it until I got it and it’s just a terrible photo
