I felt like the pictures we received were not good. It would have been nice if they did it differently and took the pictures after the walk on the stage. It was not a good look to really want to frame it and put it out. I just got it because it was a memory. Thought it looked unprofessional
Fast service and quality pictures
I was very pleased with the quality of the photos. I liked that we had several photos to choose from.
I never got the pictures and then tried to order photos and got just a board and I am upset about my money and photos.
The shifting price points was disappointing.
Many pictures that my daughter was tagged in, she wasn’t even in. Our family photo was not flattering to anyone at all. The cost for digital downloads was extremely high. The site was not user friendly when selecting favorites, and once purchased there was no indication of being able to download the photos until much later.
This is a once in a lifetime moment and I feel like you prey on that. The photos were so expensive, but you know that parents will buy them. Disappointing.
Have not received my order of the mug and magnet
The quality of the print and frame for the cost was very disappointing. The photo itself was nice, but the finished product was not as expected, quality wise.
You didn't get a picture of my son getting his diploma. The pics you sent are horrid.
I've emailed twice about not receiving my full order with no response. I ordered magnets which didn't arrive with the photos and would like a refund for that portion of my order.

you didn’t mail my picture at all and i ordered it last month, it came with no picture inside of it…

Well, I paid for upgraded hair removal on a photo and that wasn’t done. I emailed and asked for that to be corrected. Never heard back and called and they don’t even have a current outgoing message that states anything current; it’s from Christmas and it’s July.
So, customer service I’d say and being responsive to those customers would help.

PICTURES WERE JUST OKAY, NOTHING VERY IMPRESSIVE.
The graduation picture itself isn't centered properly. There's too much space at the top and you can barely see the diploma at the bottom..
The plaque that says masters in education is not even spaced properly..
I do not think the quality is worth the price that I paid..

I have yet to receive the products I ordered. I was emailed the receipt and this follow up, but nothing ordered from the 2023 Lakeville Memorial High School graduation event. Paid with Visa and ordered 6/9/23. My graduate’s name is Savannah Fous.

Give tracking info when order physical prints/items. Had no idea when they would arrive and missed being able to include them with graduate’s grandpa’s bday gift because it didn’t come in time (~ 4 wks after graduation occurred).
Listen to the people that’s paying you!
So expensive for absolutely no reason. It’s already way to expensive to pay for college and it puts families out that are already struggling to just get a photo of their kids walking across the stage. Absolutely ridiculous.
