I'm a big RT fan! I love the staff at RT that are always willing to help me. Recently Tauri and Toomas have been helping us with some dedicated engineering and I very much appreciate their insight and knowledge. Teresa English is a fabulous person (in case you didn't already know). She helps me out literally whenever I need help. I don't know what I would do without her. She is kind, caring, intelligent, and a super hard worker. Shout out to BI Siim too - he helps us with the BI tool and is very smart as well as excellent at explaining all of the reports and the numbers that are generated in BI.

I love the support and training. All staff are extremely helpful and responsive. The reporting in Raintree is phenomenal from a financial standpoint and a productivity standpoint.
Raintree representatives are knowledgeable and patient. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. Once I understand the premise behind what I need to do, I not only don't need help on the issue in the future, but I am also able to figure out how to resolve similar issues on my own.
