Raintree documentation software is extremely user friendly. Raintree support staff are helpful and quick to respond to requests and questions.
Beginning from the first call with our implementation team, our experience has been professional and we have found all the staff with whom we've interacted to be knowledgeable, proactive, and extremely helpful. Our practice is six months into live work, and we could not be more satisfied. Raintree was a large financial commitment for our small organization, and we are still learning, but we already believe it's been one of the best commitments to strengthening our infrastructure that we've ever made.

We continue to learn some of the vast capabilities that Raintree has to offer us!! It would be so nice to learn these things all at once in the beginning, but it is just too much to absorb!! I continue to be amazed and thankful as I learn different ways to track business analytics about our practice. We have a challenging practice to merge and getting some of the special projects or needs for our practice has proven to take more time than anticipated, but we are completing them one at a time!! It is important that Raintree is a flexible product to be able to adapt to practices that are not the norm. We look forward to the yearly conference where we learn so much and get such personal attention to details. We will miss being in person this year, but will look forward to the virtual conference!!!
