The system is easy to use for both the clinical side and the back office.
Reps are generally very responsive and timely in addressing issues. The software is highly intuitive for documentation, which I very much appreciate as a clinician. But the under girding of the system does require some tweaking at times, which (as a clinician) I am not capable of addressing. Raintree has an online communication system for documenting issues where we require their assistance. The responses from the reps are always very timely and helpful. They are generally patient with assisting those who do not speak or understand tech.

I like that sometimes when I put in a case for support a rep will call to discuss rather than just go back and forth with messages. It's so much easier to explain an issue when both people can be looking at the same screen.
The phone representatives are quick to resolve problems and very pleasant to work with.
If I run into an issue, I am able to reach out and get it resolved quickly.
Your product is the best and most cost effective thing out there for pediatric medical EMR, billing, collections and statistics.

Your company provides an opportunity for clients to be creative in how they would like to work. Your representatives are the best in personality and helping what direction to go into. But I find that the project flow can be a bit time consuming on some tasks. But great things come to those who wait :)
