Could not give it a score of 10 because that would mean it's perfect. I think it's a great system, and it does a lot, but it can be too complicated to do the simplest tasks or to edit the features. It would be nice if it was simpler to update the system settings.

Each time we've called for assistance, we've always got issues resolve with our first call. You are appreciated more than you know! It's nice to have confidence in knowing when that phone call is placed, you will be taken care of. All of the representatives I've ever spoken to was very courteous and made me feel that they were happy to assist. Great job!

Overall, it is a great system. Though initially cumbersome for people to learn, the system makes it easy to make sure the elements needed for good documentation are prompted. It produces an easily followed report.
Customer service is not as easy as it used to be, but that often comes with growth of a company. Ex. we have been 3 months without being able to get the NPS report working.

What do you like about our company and representatives?

We've been with the company for 2 years now. Until recently i've benn 7-8 on these NPS surveys. But some things have changed for the positive as of late.

We've seen a really great improvement in the last 3-6 months is customer services with cases and questions. A large part of this is due to Clarissa. She has been immensly helpful specifically in the last 3 months. We are doing monthly check ins that only take 20 mins but that's really taken the cases, feedback and help process to the a great level.

We also had Tina and crew come down for on onsite tune up and it was also immensley helpful and we learned some new things and got some kinks out.

I also like the stepped up role Terrance has had with APTQI. That group is doing some good work for the profession and it's nice to see RT trying to be really involved.

Things I'd like to see:

- More free info on regulatory and management . WebPT does this so well but they have invoted it at all. The topics they do are great but they havent branced to new more relevant ones.
- Instead of a F! search just get me a glossary/table of content of a bunch of licks to a bunch of videos on different how to topics. There should be compentancy that i can send new clinical staff and front desk and maybe billers too that teach them the basics online in a few hours. That woudl be AMAZING and also super easy. Yeah that would only work if you are not too custom but that would be a good incentive for folks not to get too custom. and it woudl be super easy for you to set up
- Some advanced function that tie directly to cash flow. For example: let's say we ID someone who hasn't met their deductible but just had a big surgery. we can manually put them on hold for a few weeks so the surgery hits the deductible first but that involces like 3 different people for us being on top of it. How can some or all of that be mostly automate those folks being place on hold for a set time period and then released. That's just one idea but there's stuff existing within the system that if we could connect a few dots we could really help out clinic finacially
- FCE template ( the work exam ) stinks
- Need more custom icons on schedule. I'D LOVE one for if a patient doesnt have a next appointment. I'd love some more around balances and copays. RT pop ups are great and customizable but an offsite manager should be able to glance at a clinic's schedule and know in seconds if most of the copays were or werent collected and most of people do or don't have follow ups schedules that day.
- we should be able to use email connect functions for light records if we've been given their email. Right now we have to use third party email software for potential leads even if we've had them sign permission to use their email becaseu we can use connect email function for light records.

Raintree really listens to customers wants and needs and is constantly evolving to make the system bigger and better. Clarissa Lopez is our client success manager and I truly feel she is on our side and will do what it takes to help us resolve and troubleshoot issues. She has our back and we appreciate her!

I cannot believe the value we have received from the recent one on one sessions training on the new workflows. The upgrades are fabulous but there are some challenges when we have been in raintree for so long before the newest greatest upgrades. The help has been amazing.
