Every step in the process was a 10/10! The sales consultant was knowledgable on all components of the product and services offered by RT. He patiently answered all of my questions and offered many opportunities for my staff and therapists to demo the product. When I made the decision to transition to RT, I was absolutely certain that I was provided all of the information needed to make the best choice for my practice.

The onboarding and implementation team was outstanding! The system utilized by RT to gather information about our practice, organize preparation/implementation tasks, and execute the "go live" process was seamless. The communication was outstanding. The implementation team was very supportive throughout the process. Each task defined and timelines for completion were established. The team tailored RT configuration to meet the needs of Beyond Therapy as a growing practice. We went live with RT almost a year ago, and they are still here for us every step of the way.

In the last couple of weeks, I have spoken with Orlando and Yvonne. Both of them have been very helpful and have resolved the cases that were open. They were both very pleasant to speak with.

Their excellent customer service. All the representatives I have contacted were very friendly and knowledgeable. And if they could not solve my problem, they would immediately escalate it, which even though I didn't get immediate solution, but I was not kept on the line waiting for somebody that could help.

I love the financial reporting options as well as BI. I am happy with the fact that we are able to submit Support Tickets for issues that we run into and that we have access to support any time it is needed.

Everybody is very nice

Raintree has so many ins and outs that it is hard to remember them all which is a great thing. It can also be customized to how your office runs to make things run smooth.

I appreciate that whatever we ask for they will try to accomplish, even when it’s sort of a crazy request!
