We just started getting the auto updates, and it has really made our work on Raintree run more efficiently. I am older, and therefore more resistant to change, but the changes have eliminated time consuming steps and, for the most part, have been user friendly. I have called a Raintree representative several times since implementing the updates with quick questions, and as always, they are courteous and most helpful, quickly resolving any issues I have had. I wish we had started the auto updates sooner. Thank you!

The Raintree system is so very intricate! It offers the most options as a practice management system that I've seen in my 16 years of doing medical billing/collections. And has the capability to be customized to the providers liking.

Raintree representatives are professional and courteous and always answer my questions in a timely manner. Usually they have all the answers, but if not, they call me back after consulting with an engineer. They are patient, and their explanations are such that someone who is not high-tech can follow their reasoning. Over time, I have developed an understanding of how the program works, which helps me to troubleshoot on my own. Because their explanations are thorough, I am able to take notes so that I can solve the same and similar problems on my own in the future.
Raintree employees are very responsive when questions and issues. I always feel like they are putting me first even if I am not their biggest client.

I love the thoroughness of the training that is provided. I really love all of the things the system can do for us such as tracking authorizations, tracking visit limits, and the multitude of financial reports that we have access to. Overall, Raintree provides all of the functionality that an organization needs to run smoothly. I would definitely recommend this EMR system!
