We have had ongoing amazing service and assistance with everyone in the building!!!! Steve took the time to deal with my 5,001 questions. From the beginning I felt as though I was being taught about the brands and designs more here than other places I had been to or contacted. Any questions I had Steve wasn’t sure on, he got back to me with an answer I understood. Jim was fantastic to speak with and with handling our crazy requests! Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!! 😁 Kristin was super super helpful with the walkthrough; again helping us understand or clarify things.
So many other people in the building who helped also installing our hitch and slide protectors as well as the receptionist I think I called wayyyyy too often 🤦🏼‍♀️ One thing I really was impressed with was their understanding and patience of shopping with a 3 year old. Its tough. I never felt rushed having her along or that as a female shopping for an RV I never felt belittled. (Hubby works crazy hours so I just took this on my own) Jim and Steve were very professional with me in our conversations without “dumbing” things down or treating me like I didn’t really know what I was shopping for; as I had experienced in other places 😔 I had only been to two other showrooms in person, but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen every make and model online in my months of searching🤪. When I started talking to Steve and the General Rv team in Huntley I really felt valued as not only a customer but as an RV owner. I look forward to picking up our unit and creating many new adventures to come 🥰 thank you Huntley, General RV!!

So far so good. I haven't picked up my RV yet so I can't really evaluate work that has been done.

Cyndy & I felt that the General RV employees did all they could to help us with the purchase of our camper.

Kyle Jeff and Todd were very patient with us we are new to all of this and have helped us and is still helping us get through all this. The worst part was everything was just overwhelming too expensive when you got to all the parts and labor and add-ons after the fact

Everyone in the service department are very welcoming and attentive to travel schedule, as it pertains to the best effort at completing repairs. The service tech and writer did background check on recall notices and found that one of my repairs did have it done, prior to my purchase from General RV; but that company installed it wrong. I am hopeful that this knowledge gives me a much longer life cycle of the product and appreciate that all involved took the extra time to exact the issue. All was done in ample time to make my trip happen on time. Thank you very much!!
