We were given an appointment for the RV service. Upon arrival we did not have to wait and everyone was helpful. They kept us informed regarding any issues with our RV as well as assisted us with a date that was convenient for pick up.

All the people that work there from the receptionist to the sales person to the managers personally the financial office, Denise Lucy. And the person that came out to check my RV everyone absolutely everyone was so nice knowledgeable.. They all made me feel like a found customer.

Came in to replace a broken bathroom overhead vent and an antenna crank. Brett, our service rep was very friendly and found the parts we needed in stock and we were in and out in about 45 minutes.
