Wasn't really told about gas mileage till delivery though.
Service was good but for people who just got delivery there should be personal just for delivery people. I stayed the night on premises but had to wait till 2pm before problems were addressed.
The personal were very nice and courteous.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything didn't go perfect but in the end I was pleased with how I was treated and everything was resolved.

We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in! Our sales person Jeff listened to what we were looking for and took us to see a similar model and worked to get our camper delivered from Florida to Richmond and getting our trade in taken care of it was such a easy process. Joey in finance was great did everything to get us the best rate and the finance portion was easy and done quickly. Delivery and walkthrough was great with Matt he went over every single feature on our camper and even helped with suggestions and tricks and he also made sure every single question we had was answered. Service techs that installed our hitch were also very nice and made sure we didn’t have any questions before leaving with our new camper. We are so happy we came to General RV !

Steve our salesman has been very helpful in helping us out . Also liked the walk through, really helped and spent time showing us around the new camper. Everyone was very helpful!

Friendly staff, easy process

Made the purchase easy and great team to work with.

Bonnie Benard is phenomenal.
But service is atrocious. I got an estimate Sept2. Finally parts were in so delivered fifth wheel on Dec 28. Finally got it back Feb 15.

My wife and I really enjoyed the positive vibe at GRV. In the truck on the way home we said it seemed like the staff at each level enjoyed their job, so it was like be it apart of a good time. We thought the customer service was outstanding. We had a communication error on our hitch choice and every person we came across was very concerned and was extremely attentive to the situation, we were impressed. Our salesman Andrew, finance guy Mario, and everyone we dealt with (can’t remember all the names) were terrific. General RV Wixom made us feel like VIPs. Thanks

Your company has always been customer focused. I came in for a summerization in February as we were leaving for Florida. As the time went on Our service rep Baylee (sp) would keep me informed of the progress. Antifreeze slushes up in Michigan cold winters. One thing led to another as other issues came up. Other team members who had seen me sitting in the lounge offered to get me lunch. I thought I would not need it but I wish I had taken them up on the offer as I was there for other problems that propped up. Your team members didn’t have to come up to me more than once. It was greatly appreciated after a long day of waiting for RV repairs that happened unexpectedly. Great team with a great customer focus. Love you all.

AMANDA. She has been so unbelievably helpful in helping me restore our 2004 Adventurer. Don’t ever let her go. Everyone else I have had contact with at General RV have also been top notch. Thank you all encluding the service staff who worked on our camper.
