We had a bubbling roof while driving down the road and needed to get it in for service a long road trip to Montana. Ms. Baylee Ogg in service was completely professional, confident and delivered top notch service. She was honest and was going to do her best to relay our information to the techs to get the job started and completed so we could make our family trip. She and the team had great communications throughout the entire process either on the phone, text messages or with email. Thank for representing us Baylee and General RV. Keep up the outstanding work. In addition to the service. The technicians found that no adhesive was used in the process of building our unit. Instead of waiting the unknown amount of time for Coachman to get back to us. General RV reimbursed us our amount payment for the service and would attempt to collect from Coachman through their process. Outstanding customer service and we couldn't have been more appreciative.
