Our purchase was and went great! Unfortunate, the servicing has been disappointing. The workmanship is good, but it takes way too long. For example, despite having an appointment for winterizing our trailer, which should only take 60-90 minutes, I was there for 4-1/2 hours.

We just picked up our new Brinkley, 10/26, from General RV and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Everyone we worked with, from the sales team to the finance team, was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Nobody rushed us, and our questions always got clear answers.
A special thank-you to Selena, who did a fantastic job walking us through our Brinkley on pickup day. She was thorough and patient, and we drove away feeling confident about everything from the systems to the setup.
