It's been terrific from the start. Ariel in service really stands out, but all have been helpful.
Taylor was extremely attentive even though it was a long haul (approximately 6months) she kept in constant contact with me (2 or 3 times per week). Also the tech that worked on my unit was very polite and helpful. He explained all that was done and did not rush us. I would recommend general rv Waterford and Taylor to any and all camping friends. Again job well done!

From beginning with our sales rep Jaden and the sales managers , Drew , Dan , service starting with Maria , Micha , Rob and our 2 techs I’m sorry I don’t remember their names , and the parts manager Lachonda , John our finance guy and have to say Carson a sales rep was outstanding in helping when all other staff was busy he took great care of my wife and I like we were his sale !! And of course Chris Mullis was part of the team , great team work from one end to the other !! Thank you General for hiring such professional kind , pleasant employees ! Very nice people my salesperson and my finance person but the repair they were supposed to repair my wallpaper by the window on the side out. They said they was gonna fix it and they didn’t when it was delivered to me I went in and looked at it after they set it up, and it was not repaired. When I hooked up the power to it. I had a little smoke coming out of where the heater is on the outside it was smoking coming out of there smell like the wires were burning, but everything kind of looks good on it now I don’t know if it was wet in there when I hooked the power up or not, but everything seems fine now that everything else great place to buy from.
Bought my RV IN 2029. Customer se ice in the bays has been very good. Javiier Lara (sp?) is my contact and did a great job communicating. Huntley IL location.
