Service was fine, but took over three weeks. Also, needed two lights replaced that didn't because it woyld take a few days to get. I feel like they could have been ordered ahead as it was going to be there awhile.

Communication
I had a really good experience. I originally spoke with Jay over a Facebook marketplace RV profile. When I came in we worked with Chelsea. We spoke briefly with her manager and checked out a few other places. We decided to buy from General RV because the unit was in very decent shape for being pre-owned, the price was reasonable and there they did not use any high pressure sales tactics. I appreciated the time and attention. When we picked up for our delivery Carl was great. He really helped us understand the unit as this is our first coach. We did speak with the sales team and chose to add on a few smarter choices to have to prolong the life of our unit. We also spoke with service and booked our "summerize" and winterize appointments. We had Kyle(?) show us the ropes on the hitching process. Josh in finance was one of our favorites. Start to finish we had a great experience and would recommend this location.
Bodywork was done well. Advisor kept me updated on progress.

They completed the winterization and pressure test very quickly. I was waiting for my RV so it was nice to get on the road again quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everyone at General RV was the best! I walked in to look for a travel trailer, met a salesman that took the time to listen to our wants and needs in a trailer.
He found several trailers that had what we were looking for. We went out to look at the inventory answering my questions and concerns and taking the time to explain how everything worked.
They matched our truck to what it was rated to pull and handle . The finance dept. Was also the best.

I have been looking for a particular Class A motorhome since this past summer. I first contacted General RV during the summer and their regional sales rep, Tom Schuelen reached out to me and explained the process and guided me on the type of RV's available and their advantages as well as disadvantages. Unfortunately, I decided to purchase my RV somewhere else most probably due to price and availability. After the purchase I reached out to Tom and expressed gratitude and explained that I will definitely come back to him when I am ready to proceed with another purchase or a trade-in.
It must have been fate because just a few weeks later I was with a motor coach that I was unhappy with for several reasons, primarily the dealership and how they handled the situation.
I went on to General RV's website and found exactly what I wanted, a 2022 Berkshire 45A XLT. Within a few minutes I reached out to Tom and began the process of a trade-in. The RV was located in North Canton, Ohio and their sales rep, Kristina Good reached out to me and took all my information and answered all of my questions. She is courteous, thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable about her RV's and how to find the right fit for families. General RV of Ohio welcomed me and treated my son and I with professionalism, kindness and patience. From my previous RV experience and in comparison this felt like a Disney World experience. They took my previous RV in and spend time explaining/ demonstrating the new RV. I was introduced to every department of their dealership. All of the folks working there were professional and courteous. I want to thank Kristina in sales, Bill from delivery, Marty from finance and Chris who is a sales manager and Tom Schuelen for their help, professionalism, understanding and giving me a great deal financially but most of all they gave me peace of mind throughout the experience and the purchase, which is priceless.
A RV purchase especially a motor home can be exhausting but it should be a fulfilling experience for a family. General RV of North Canton has been far above expectations and I recommend them to anyone looking for a RV.
