Matt and Justin were great to deal with, friendly and accommodating, quick to respond and made all options clear throughout the sales process without being pushy. The parts department was excellent to work with. Told me when my part came in and had it ready for me upon my arrival

At the welcome desk Sybil was great. She got me checked in and in the queue for service. I then went to the Parts desk to see if the part I needed was available. Chris was excellent and the part was in stock at the store. After speaking with Chris and seeing the installation I stru toons I felt confident I could install the new condenser fan myself. Which I did with no hiccups and we could continue on our journey!

The people. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful. We were treated as though we were important to them. We have bought rvs from many companies, Camping World, LazyDays, Gerzeny's...but have never received the attention or courtesy we received from General RV.

The entire staff is Personable, Low Pressure, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Professional, and Genuinely interested in making sure we have the right fit and experience.

I have always had great experience with the service department. When I picked up our motorhome from winter service and storage. Al was my main contact this time as he started handling my an account last fall 2025.. Al went above and beyond when I picked up our motorhome in my opinion. He took the time with me to start the coach, run the generator, slides out and run ac to make sure everything was in working condition. Never had that before, but really appreciated the extra effort Al provided.
