When they were showing us the Trailer, we were going to buy they notice some problems and rather than hide those problems They immediately fixed them, and I really appreciated that they were honest.
I felt that my salesman, Matt Williams who I built a relationship with over the last year was excellent and was very patient with us during this entire process. He worked with us without being overbearing or pushy to get a sale. Also our Finance Manager, Trey Hill and I worked through various RV’s and models until we found the right motorhome for us. The walk thru was conducted by Tom Hunt and he was excellent.

Trevor was great if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have bought a RV. He’s the one that made it all happen. Great desk, Gentlemen,. Great service
All were friendly and gave good advice and Angelina Evans was extremely informative. Christina Boucher was very informative. There was a “hitch” in delivery of our order so when we came back several weeks later she and service advisor Alan Adar jumped in and truly helpful in bringing up on our review and answering questions. Christina had suggested getting a smart rv surge protector on our first visit so this visit I asked her to get one for us to take home. We had a camper through the ‘70 and 80’s so needed brought up to current needs.

Andrew Courrier our service advisor has been awesome the last two seasons. We’ve had more Brinkly issues than we care to discuss probably around 50 in our first year on our brand new unit and everybody has been excellent in getting these things taken care of. We totally appreciate you general RV!

My RV was substantially damaged and I brought it into General RV in Brownstown for repair. They immediately evaluated the damage and kept in contact with my insurance adjuster. I received updates from my service advisor (Amorette) every step of the way with additional weekly updates even when they were just waiting on parts. The repairs were completed faster than expected and not only that, the quality of repairs were better than expected. Prior to leaving the lot I conducted an inspection on the repairs and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they replaced items that may have been repaired but errored on the side of safety. The metal and plastic trim looks factory. I was preparing for a long difficult process and to argue about the quality of the repair but General RV never let me down. I am extremely happy with my experience and thank you again to Amorette Scalf!
