Brandon Hurst was responsive to my ongoing slide problem that was worked on last year but manifested again this spring. Faulty drive motor was identified and fixed in quick order since I had a pending camping trip. Brandon assisted in initiating a claim on my extended warranty insurance which helped reduce my final bill. My only issue is with your high labor rate of $225/hr. Much higher than other services I have used.
