It was great

Jordan was pretty much the only good experience we have had at that location. Jordan has been nothing but helpful and prompt on helping with any issues we have. Jordan would be the only reason I would be willing to come back. My husband and I have nothing but the highest regard for her and she is truly the only positive thing I have to say. As for everything else I would much rather go to the Michigan branch. Beside Jordan my experience was not the best. Between stuff missing in my camper to the sway bars.

The process was easy a little long in the end with the paperwork but it always is. They did a great job putting this together

The repair came out very well and was pleased with the way everything went. Scheduling was easy and we even had to reschedule due to weather. Alan explained everything that was going to be done and I am pleased with the results.

Although the work was completed a week latter than I was told upon check in, it was done correctly.

I was treated like royalty. I've read the reviews and not everyone felt treated well after their purchase. I'm looking forward to a different experience. I'll do future reviews for the good and the bad...if that happens.
