I am always greeted by a friendly hello or two. The mechanic immediatley did triage on my bike and set up a second level tune. I received text feedback during the tune-up on a possible freewheel adjustment I might want (and I did). A slight wheel wobble was noticed, investigated and resolved. Service was detailed and over and above what I expected. My bike was ready to ride within a day. I appreciated the promotional discount.

Every single person at Westlake Village Trek is competent, able and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure every customer is satisfied! Mark's Service Department is exceptional! They know every facet of every bike, and they will spend as much time as necessary with every customer. I have never seen anyone be rushed. Every customer I've seen, and there are many, have left the store satisfied.
Trek products are top-of-the line. Some prices are higher than average, but every bike and every part of every bike is highest quality in its category. Trek warranties are excellent! Service is fast. Most service is while-you-wait. Anything that can't be done while-you-wait is almost always done within 24 hours. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with a purchase or service, revisit the store and every effort will be made to make you happy.
I have no financial interest in Trek or Westlake Village Trek, but I have known and used them, and spent lots of money there for years without ever being dissatisfied with a Trek product or service.

Helpful and friendly service.
I have always received quick service. I don't change flats any more so rely on the guys in the shop; they charge me a fair price and I never have had to leave the bike. I recently recommended your shop to neighbor and do so frequently. I think I've been with the shop since about 2012 and have bought a Trek bike as well as lots of tires, tubes and gear.
