The staff have always been very helpful and readily make themselves available to answer questions. They have always provided immediate mechanical assistance when I pop in with an issue. Trek bikes and equipment are an excellent product as I have owned several Trek bikes over the years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends.
I got a lot of excellent help for getting a range-extender fro my E-bike from both Matt and Colin. They both went above and beyond to help me figure out an excellent solution with my existing bike and frame while preserving the location I need for my bike lock and water bottle.
