I took a prototype AeroMet 100 alloy 1990's race bike for service. The bike was in"barn find" condition, and Verne spent about 20 minutes walking me through what I should do and what kind of bike I had. His service was exceptional and someone spent quite a bit of time polishing the bike before I picked it up.
Staff is always professional and friendly, always eager to help.

The techs gave me a very detailed explanation of the work performed and things to consider getting done in the next six months. They discovered a failure issue with my gel bike seat and replaced it under warranty without me having to request it. Just awesome service hands down!
