The bikes are great and there is something for everyone. Trek has the best customer service and Matt and his staff do a great job; they have for me over the last 5 years. They also have a great selection of everything from clothes to maintenance items. If something does not work properly they work on it until they solve the problem. They are friendly and go the extra mile.
Best bike service in the area! As a competitive triathlete, I often bring my bike for last minute bike tune ups, tire changes (or complete bike check post crash). Every single time, my bike is in perfect condition when I get her back. I had a special problem to solve about the way I transport my bike in my car. The bike mechanic took interest and walked out to the parking lot to understand my problem. A few minutes later he solved my problem at no charge!!

This is a convenient and great bike shop and has been since it was called bicycle Bob’s prior to Trek acquiring it from Bob. Roger, John, Joe & Jonathon are all great people and fantastic mechanics. Never have I been steered wrong and I’m always happy. The last tuneup has made my Santa Cruz bike like new, thanks to you all!
I bought my wife and I both Trek electric pedal assist mountain bikes. I got the Trek Marlin + in a XS frame for my wife, and I got the Trek Rail 9.8 GX AXS in a XL frame for myself. We are both having so much fun riding the trails and riding around town getting exercise and having the confidence of knowing that we are riding top of the line mountain bikes by Trek. I also want to mention that we have access to top of the line bicycle mechanics at the Trek store that can service my bikes on a regular schedule to make sure we are always race ready to hit the trails. I highly recommend Trek if you want peace of mind knowing that you own the best made bikes.
