This know-nothing Grandma wanted to purchase an e-bike for my grandson. Fortunately Phil took wonderful care of me. Explained the basics in layman terms. Kept in touch while the bike was transferred from another store. A few days later the smile on my grandson’s face was well worth the investment. The bike is really good looking too!
The guys at Trek have been amazing. Douglas helped to go through options for our initial purchase, which is very important. Alex was extremely helpful with the pick up and information for getting the bike ready for our son. They even had a big red bow ready for the bike when we picked it up. I called around 2:00 looking for a Trek Wahoo which they thankfully had in stock, but still boxed somewhere in storage. It took a little time on the phone and waiting for a callback, but they found the bike and had it built by 3:15!

Quality throughout! From interacting with store personnel, to online purchasing, store pick up, and using the bikes themselves my family and I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality throughout. It’s nice knowing I can rely on my neighborhood bike shop.
The Manager and Sales staff are knowleadgeable but not pushy. The Service staff are friendly and their work is excellent. This is a bit of a hidden gem in Issaquah.

I just recently bought a Trek FX 7S pedal assist bike. I love it! I am using it primarily as a commuter bike going short distances -4-6 miles around town. The staff at Trek were wonderful. They answered all my questions and were enthusiastic about their products. The level of professionalism and knowledge was hard to beat. Excellent shopping experience. I highly recommend them.
