Here's the 3 biggest things I liked:
1. They had free reign to decide what to fix, and what was OK, and they just did so. No big surprises, but also nothing left out.
2. They did it faster than anticipated. I was OK with it taking several weeks (order parts, etc), but it was done in a few days.
3. They applied a discount I didn't know existed, and would never have known about.
All in all, the feeling I got is they treated my bikes like they would have their own. You can't beat that!
Besides absolutely solid and state of the art Trek bikes, the service at Trek Kearny Mesa is outstanding.

I dropped by to pick up some lights for my bike so I didn’t spend much time in the store, but I did notice that there’s a very nice selection of bikes, apparel and cycling accessories. I will definitely return so I can spend more time there.
I also thought all the associates I spoke with were very knowledgeable about the bikes and cycling accessories we did talked about and they were all nice people to interact with.

I recently had our two road bikes serviced at Trek Palm Desert. I was able to book the service ahead of time and they were very friendly and helpful when I checked them in and they did a great job on the service. They asked me lots of questions about the bikes and made some good suggestions for the service without overselling me any things I didn't need. When I picked them up they were again very friendly and went through everything they did and they even took them for a test ride. I'll be back!
