I received an email coupon for a free Level 1 service on my new Trek Madone. However, when I called to schedule the service, the shop was booked out beyond the end date of the coupon. Regardless, Mark went ahead and scheduled the free service.
The planned work was done very quickly, and the bike was ready within a few hours of when I dropped it off. I've been very happy with the service provided at Westlake Trek and would gladly recommend the store to other cycling friends.

Great dependable work. The shop in Palm Springs caught a problem I didn’t know I had. I brought my road bike in on a Tuesday in a box. It was rebuilt and ready for pick up Wednesday morning.
