For improvement:
We wanted to purchase an On Sale bike rack we saw on the Dec. 16th email blitz.
However the price listed in the store was $20 more than the email sale price listed.
Staff couldn't confirm the sale price we saw ($259)online so we did not purchse the bike rack.
Disapointed that prices online and in store didn't match.

Put simply - This is Perth’s Local Bike Store. There are no big wait times unlike in Ottawa shops and knowledge and expertise with value are always a consideration. Heritage is a gem of a business. Highly recommended!
