I’ve been there a couple times and assisted with different people, I bought my bike, get check and repair and guide through different options for accessories in order to drive safe and with what I need. I love it, really kind and interested in my needs.

Your SUPER staff. Kay has helped me during several visits. She is knowledgeable and kind. She even helped me with getting my bike off and on my bike rack. I stopped in with my 15 yr old Cannondale that I was debating repairing. Kay helped with the pros and cons of spending over $300 to repair, given the bike is the wrong size for me.

Other staff members have been very supportive as well! Sorry, can't remember their names at the moment.

It is great having Freewheel in the neighborhood.
