The price on the two water bottles I got was $17. When rung up at the register I was charged $19 each. They told me that often times the labels don’t keep up with price increases. Had I not received a $50 coupon from Trek I wouldn’t have gotten them.

I brought my bike in to have a flat tire repaired. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes, and the repair price was very reasonable.

I live in Duluth and had been looking for a Trek Duel Sport 2 gen 5, medium bike for months. When I saw the shop had one I called and bought it. Picked it up the next day and was helped with all the accessories I wanted…lock, bike shorts, etc. I had questions a few days later about the gear shifting mechanism, which was different from the rental model I had used, and all was clearly explained to me in a phone call. Overall, helpful informed customer service and stellar products and they have a monthly discount program for a one time buy in.

Patrick, one of your Bicycle technicians, made some fast repairs on one of my aging Cannondale bicycles in just a couple of hours. (I was expecting it would take a couple of weeks. Your bike techs always do a great job, and we appreciate their expertise and professionalism in keeping our family's fleet of bikes working properly.

Fast, friendly service. Bought a new chain and asked for an install. Expected it’d take 48 hours. They did it in 10 minutes.
