Everyone that I have talked to at Freewheel has been very helpful. I was looking at Santa Cruz bikes, plus exploring some other options. The Santa Cruz model number scheme is not very accessible, so I needed some help figuring out what options were available and at what price point. And we looked at some other options from other manufacturers, which was helpful in the decisionmaking process.
