Patrick, one of your Bicycle technicians, made some fast repairs on one of my aging Cannondale bicycles in just a couple of hours. (I was expecting it would take a couple of weeks. Your bike techs always do a great job, and we appreciate their expertise and professionalism in keeping our family's fleet of bikes working properly.
Kay was very helpful in getting me the parts I needed to tune up my bike!

Fast, friendly service. Bought a new chain and asked for an install. Expected it’d take 48 hours. They did it in 10 minutes.
Prices were good. They did good work that was on time.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They do good work and are clear about cost and timetables. They're also willing to talk you through price differences so you can make a purchase you're comfortable with.
Kay and Patrick were fantastic. We just moved here from TN and they made us feel so welcome. Patrick checked out our bikes and was very honest about the repairs that were needed. He did the repair in a timely manner and charged a fair rate. We will bring all our bike business to him from now on.

I’ve been there a couple times and assisted with different people, I bought my bike, get check and repair and guide through different options for accessories in order to drive safe and with what I need. I love it, really kind and interested in my needs.
Your SUPER staff. Kay has helped me during several visits. She is knowledgeable and kind. She even helped me with getting my bike off and on my bike rack. I stopped in with my 15 yr old Cannondale that I was debating repairing. Kay helped with the pros and cons of spending over $300 to repair, given the bike is the wrong size for me.
Other staff members have been very supportive as well! Sorry, can't remember their names at the moment.
It is great having Freewheel in the neighborhood.
