I stopped by at 6:30pm as I had a leaky valve. I had zero intention of being serviced then...just wanted to leave my wheel so it could get remedied. Patrick asked if I had time to wait as it was a simple fix and he did just that! I no longer live in the neighborhood but I will be returning back for any bike service!

Good bikes good prices

My experience at Freewheel Bicycle in St. Paul on 4/17/25 was exceptional. I had called looking for a bike lock featured online and the person I spoke with confirmed it was in stock. When I arrived I was greeted by a team member at the front desk who asked me if I needed help. I told her I had called earlier about a bike lock and before she could respond the person that took my call appeared and said he would be back in a minute with the lock. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to respond and grab the lock from inventory remembering me from my call earlier. I thanked him as he went right back to building the bike he paused to assist me!

The past couple of summers, my bad knees have kept me from riding a bike. I miss it and wondered if there was a style of bike that could position my legs in a way that makes it easier on my knees. I ventured into the store on Grand Ave and experienced the help I was looking for, and one of the best service experiences I've had in a retail establishment. Kudos to the superb customer service!
