I like your established stores and was hoping your newer store on Grand would have an oddball part: tubeless schrader valves. I was helping a friend and happened to be near by. While I came up empty-handed, the staff did their best to help me. I'll return when I'm back in the hood.

Friendly service and the person at the store saved me the cost of a new bicycle pump by helping me fix my old one, instead of having to buy a new one. Only one little piece was broken on my old pump. She sold me a replacement part and even installed it for me. I will definitely be back.

I brought multiple bikes in for tune-up evaluation, and both technicians were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the honesty about the condition of my bikes and what type of maintenance they needed. I'm new to biking so the technicians also explained some basic maintenance things I can do myself.
