The help and suggestions I received from both Aaron and Joe were great. They both were super knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding for a rookie purchasing his first road training bike.

You had the bike I wanted to purchase and a wide range and variety of accessory products to choose from.

This shop is so welcoming. They make you feel like you are part of the team.

The associate was very helpful in looking up availability of a particular bike (long backorder as was expected) and showing others that had better availability. Grand Avenue didn't have my size, but he was able to see it available at other stores so I will be stopping in for a test ride this week.

Excellent, quick, Sunday morning service on a flat. They also diagnosed a broken bolt and were able to schedule the repair for the following day at noon.

I’ve always had a great experience with Freewheel Bike. The customer service is second to none. Very attentive to my needs as a customer and very helpful in helping me pick the right bike for me.

David at Grand Ave store was most helpful and informative. Also Luke at Eagan store was great as well. They both deserve a Gold Star! Nice job all around! I will be back!
