The associate was very helpful in looking up availability of a particular bike (long backorder as was expected) and showing others that had better availability. Grand Avenue didn't have my size, but he was able to see it available at other stores so I will be stopping in for a test ride this week.
Excellent, quick, Sunday morning service on a flat. They also diagnosed a broken bolt and were able to schedule the repair for the following day at noon.
