Joe was very nice and was able to quickly help me and then pushed for my bike to repaired on the same day. Mikayla (sp?) was incredibly helpful. She didn’t try to upsell and seemed more intent on building a ongoing customer relationship rather than pushing products. She was patient and also made it clear that I could back with questions even if I wasn’t purchasing anything else. It was a refreshing customer service experience.

I LOVE the new Freewheel! I got my bike repaired and tuned up within a day and a half! Service was fantastic. The mechanic, Noah, was thorough, wonderful and friendly. I've already recommended the new location to several people! What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood!

Incredibly friendly and helpful service from Mikala (sp?) at Grand Ave location. After going to other busy bike stores where staff did not seem interested in devoting one-on-one time to helping me find the right bike, I appreciated the kindness and attention I experienced at Freewheel. I was able to walk away with the best bike, helmet, gear etc for my needs! Other staff also checked in to make sure we were being taken care of.
