The young woman that helped me with my bike was extremely knowledgeable. I had to order some fenders for my daughter’s bike and she gave me plenty of options to think about. The price that was quoted to me for the fenders seemed very fair also!! Kudos to the staff at Freewheel!!

Patrick did a great job with a recent bike build for me. I brought in a frame and he picked the perfect parts to make it the bike I wanted. The time and attention given to the frame prep and build shows throughout the bike. I am very happy with how everything turned out. Time to ride!!!

I want to thank the mechanics at the Grand Ave shop. This past Saturday I rode from Golden Valley past the shop and was on my way up the High Bridge when the rear derailleur cable snapped in the brake hood leaving me in a 34x11 gear combo.I rode back to the shop in this steep gear and was there when the doors opened. One of the mechanics looked it over right away and then got another mechanic to take it downstairs to get the cable replaced. Within 40 minutes it was ready to go and I could continue on my route with my normal gears. I very much appreciate the quick repair to get me going again! It would have been a long ride home in a 34x11.

I did not feel rushed, they were very patient with my questions and were willing to let me try to do things so I would learn.

Ordered a bike at Freewheel on Grand Ave and due to shipping/supply issues it was delayed. Mikayla was excellent with communicating the delays in shipping and keeping me posted. She also offered to keep an eye out for similar bikes that came in incase I was willing to take another model or color. Can not say enough good things about the customer service and communication. Keep up the good work and you will have many repeat customers and referrals.

She even helped us out when we showed up at 6:59pm to pick up the bike(they close at 7pm).

Everyone on the staff treated me courteously and the repairs were done well. I believe the price was fair and the work was done competently. Everyone on the staff looked me in the eye when they spoke to me. Believe it or not, at some retail businesses, that doesn’t happen. When I inquired about a membership the staff person helped me capitalize on it to receive an immediate discount. That alone made me want to do business with you again. I am a new customer and was referred by a friend and I will send other friends to you. I also plan to return soon myself to buy some needed accessories. Thank you

First rate , informed, friendly service! Good selection, very accommodating accessories and install. Aaron was amazingly helpful beyond words. Noah added a mirror right on the spot. Aaron ordered side bags and emailed me when they arrived- early. He adjusted them and explained everything about my new electric bike. He explained my annual “ check up” and even took pictures behind the store- emailed them to me to show family- great service and I’ll be a good advertiser. I’ll be back for all my bike needs!

Great selection and great service. Reasonable repair prices.

Aaron was very helpful and answered all my questions about the Kuat Sherpa bike rack and other subjects too. Also, the box the product came in was undamaged. This was important to me as I had just come from another location where the box holding the product was damaged and I could not really tell if the product there was still in great shape coming from the factory.
