They are both wonderful, especially the services. The Eden Prairie location worked very hard to find me the right size (xs) bike and track down who would have it. The service, Matt, at the Grand ave store was very personable and accommodating. He made sure I was very well taken care of and I received what I needed to get me going. I will be hitting the Eden Prairie store to get a new, more comfortable seat and I know I will get well taken care of there also.

Came in on a Sunday for a bike repair on my daughter's bike. The woman working the front counter was very kind and helpful. They repaired the bike same day and the repair cost was very comperable with shops in the area. And they fixed it much faster than anyone else would have. I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone

I’ve been a Freewheel customer since the 1980s. I buy my bikes and get them serviced there; purchase all my gear there, etc. I’ve always had great service. I really wouldn’t trust my bike and bike questions to any other bike store. So I am thrilled to have all of that just two blocks from my house: great products, terrific service and good advice! Thanks for moving into the neighborhood!

I originally went to the West Bank location and the person there was helpful, but the bike I wanted to try was sold out, so they referred me to the Grand Ave. location and the person who helped me there (I think his name was Jake) was great. Very knowledgeable and good at selling! I had already done some research, so I pretty much knew what I wanted but he filled in the gaps. I've already put some miles on the bike and I love it.
