I normally go to the Woodbury store and love it. That's been my store since it was Penn Cycle and I was so happy that the same people continued to work there when it switched to Free Wheel. It looks great and the young lady who helped us was exactly what I would have expected from Free Wheel. Great staff, Great bikes/accessories (really like Trek bikes), Great store!

Staff are friendly, service was fast considering the popularity of biking these days, and work seems well done. (I have only briefly ridden since picking up the bike two days ago.) price seems competitive.

I liked -- being able to put a deposit on an unbuilt bike, come in and try it out, and think about it for a day before purchasing; staff available at time of trial ride to adjust the seat; when purchasing also buy accessories at 15%-off and having the bike rack installed before pick-up; patient and persevering staff who split my payment when I purchased over the phone; knowledgeable staff available at time of bike pick-up to help me into a helmet that fit well in place of the one I purchased over the phone that turned out to be too large; and the free tune-ups included with purchase.

I've been here twice and both times greeted immediately and addressed my questions and i was out the door with what i needed within minutes. Exactly the type of shopping i like.
