Mikayla V was very knowledgeable and helpful with parts selection and installation of mount, however another employee a very tall black or dark skin came over to us while installation was being performed and observed us for a few minutes with his hands down inside the front of his pants which I find is disgusting

Product knowledge. Get it done. Communication. Freewheel is my place. The others pale. I’ve been there and not going back. A week turn around on service is acceptable vs your competition for an appointment in two to three weeks and bring it back after a deposit...uh yea, nope. Keep it up. More rigs to service and to consider for the growing corral of rides in my personal bike room.
