Joe was very nice and was able to quickly help me and then pushed for my bike to repaired on the same day. Mikayla (sp?) was incredibly helpful. She didn’t try to upsell and seemed more intent on building a ongoing customer relationship rather than pushing products. She was patient and also made it clear that I could back with questions even if I wasn’t purchasing anything else. It was a refreshing customer service experience.

I LOVE the new Freewheel! I got my bike repaired and tuned up within a day and a half! Service was fantastic. The mechanic, Noah, was thorough, wonderful and friendly. I've already recommended the new location to several people! What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood!

Incredibly friendly and helpful service from Mikala (sp?) at Grand Ave location. After going to other busy bike stores where staff did not seem interested in devoting one-on-one time to helping me find the right bike, I appreciated the kindness and attention I experienced at Freewheel. I was able to walk away with the best bike, helmet, gear etc for my needs! Other staff also checked in to make sure we were being taken care of.

I've always appreciated Freewheel's knowledgeable staff and wide selection. Dave helped me with my purchase and he did a great job. And the new Grand location is a great addition.

I normally go to the Woodbury store and love it. That's been my store since it was Penn Cycle and I was so happy that the same people continued to work there when it switched to Free Wheel. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!! You can tell the people enjoy working there. This time my son and I were in the area and decided to check out the new Grand Ave. store. It looks great and the young lady who helped us was exactly what I would have expected from Free Wheel. Great staff, Great bikes/accessories (really like Trek bikes), Great store!

Location and kind attitude of workers

Staff are friendly, service was fast considering the popularity of biking these days, and work seems well done. (I have only briefly ridden since picking up the bike two days ago.) price seems competitive.

I liked -- being able to put a deposit on an unbuilt bike, come in and try it out, and think about it for a day before purchasing; staff available at time of trial ride to adjust the seat; when purchasing also buy accessories at 15%-off and having the bike rack installed before pick-up; patient and persevering staff who split my payment when I purchased over the phone; knowledgeable staff available at time of bike pick-up to help me into a helmet that fit well in place of the one I purchased over the phone that turned out to be too large; and the free tune-ups included with purchase.

I've been here twice and both times greeted immediately and addressed my questions and i was out the door with what i needed within minutes. Exactly the type of shopping i like.

on a softer note - the people working have been pleasant and knowledgeable - and by some miracle seemed to like what they were doing
