Great prompt service...I broke down on a ride and they had me fixed up with a new chain complete with a test ride and back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Only bummer was it was just long enough for me to cruise the clearance rack...that part set me back a few bucks 😆 LOL

It was phenomenal that your friendly mechanic at your grand Ave shop greeted me and helped me on the spot to replace bottom bracket bearings same day service. Even took the time to instruct how I can replace the bearings in the future. I'll be shopping at freewheel from now on.

Our bike broke down on a Sunday afternoon, a very nice biker stopped and tried to help us, went home and got her truck and brought it to Free Wheel. We were able to go across the street, have a light snack and when we went back the bike had been fixed.
Wonderful staff, great communication and a joy to work with them, I would highly recommend Free Wheel to anyone.

Fast and courteous!

Salesperson was knowledgeable and thoughtful while interacting with my 11 yo daughter. He was able to work with her to find the bike she was comfortable with so much so that we ended up buying additional bikes for the rest of the family. It was an all-around pleasant experience!

Really good attention from the staff

Patrick did a great job replacing my bottom bracket! I also really appreciate that Freewheel did not mark up the cost of the parts that were needed to fix my bike. In fact, with the fanatics discount factored in, the cost for the parts was less than what I would have paid on my own.
