Very friendly, helpful staff. I brought in a wheel with a flat tire to purchase a new tube and tire, and while we were talking the young man not only showed me the trick to getting the old tire off a mountain bike rim, he installed the new tube and tire and had it ready to go for only an extra 10 dollars!

The technician was very polite and when the problem I initially cam e in for, turned out to be more complicated, he explained all the available options to me.
