Always friendly service - and good advice

Absolutely awesome employees, with some of the best customer service I've ever encountered! Example: My wife and I walked to your Grand Ave location to pick up her bike, along with our big dog and our grandson in a baby carriage last week - only to find we arrived about 20 minutes before the store opened. We wondered how to kill the time before the store opened (knowing the 6 month old could be crying soon), only to be welcomed by an employee who saw our situation and took care of us (including "Buddy," who got a dog bone!)

That type of customer engagement is just an example of how we're treated every time we stop in.... and your repair work is top notch, too!

Great staff and beautiful store!

Aaron went out of his way to find me a road bike helmet with a fidlock chin buckle. Noah made sure it fit properly and Sebastian gave his approval. Grand Ave customer service is UNSUPASSED!!!

Sebastian was awesome and helpful! Aaron was great too! Both took the time to help us figure out the right bikes to get and answered all of our questions.

Great prompt service...I broke down on a ride and they had me fixed up with a new chain complete with a test ride and back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Only bummer was it was just long enough for me to cruise the clearance rack...that part set me back a few bucks 😆 LOL

It was phenomenal that your friendly mechanic at your grand Ave shop greeted me and helped me on the spot to replace bottom bracket bearings same day service. Even took the time to instruct how I can replace the bearings in the future. I'll be shopping at freewheel from now on.

Erik/Eric was super friendly and helpful on the phone and also in-person when I arrived at the store.

Walked in and got my problem solved quickly and walked out. Love it!

Our bike broke down on a Sunday afternoon, a very nice biker stopped and tried to help us, went home and got her truck and brought it to Free Wheel. We were able to go across the street, have a light snack and when we went back the bike had been fixed.
Wonderful staff, great communication and a joy to work with them, I would highly recommend Free Wheel to anyone.
