I have 4 bikes I bring in for repair. The mechanics at Freewheel have done an excellent job not only keeping them on the road, but having them ride like new.
I have a part coming from the Orbea factory in Spain. It's taking a while to get to the store, so I've been checking on it once a week. The mechanics have been more than helpful in updating me with the progress of the order by giving me a call, before I stop in the store. Also, kudos to the Freewheel mechanics for pushing through to get the warranty on this part, mostly when I didn't even inquire about it on my own.

Friendly, knowledgeable salespeople -- Aaron and Michaela (sp?) helped me find a stepthrough bike (Trek Verve 2) and figure out how to put it on my rack. I appreciate that service at 100 hr and at 1 year is included. I found the accessories to be kind of pricey.
