Great consultation and help in choosing a new bike for myself. The bike I chose was out of stock, so the salesperson had me ride two similar bikes in a large and extra-large size to give me sense of what I would need and want…. Picked up the bike 3 days later with the basket and water bottle installed. The ride home was a joy!
Product options were available. Staff who assisted me (Noah P & a woman who put the contraption on my bike shoes) were knowledgeable and patient as I didn't know the terminology of what I was looking for!

It was easy to get a bike from a nearby store in just a couple of days, and Eric made sure everything was ready to go when we came to pick the bike up.
