Staff were very helpful and took time with me to get to know my need and listen to my situation, even though I didn't buy my bike there
I had a warranty claim with Trek and Patrick handled it efficiently and professionally. Most importantly, Trek responded positively within 24 hours. I suspect that was related, in part, to well documented submission on my behalf by Patrick. As the process continued from frame shipment to rebuild, Noah did a nice job of keeping in form of the bike's status.

She really listened to what I wanted and needed and help guide me to the perfect bike. Kay is a huge asset to Freewheel! She really understands the customer. Freewheel always ensures a grand experience: it's been a minute since my steeds needed service -- but tires wear. I was worried they'd be hard to find in our size due to shortages etc. but there was no need for dread, the tires were in stock (!!) & the generous / talented human (sorry i neglected to write down your name) replaced the dangerously frayed one on in no time -- I whooped from joy as I was riding down the road -- we'd still be riding in fact but there's this review to write, and sleep etc.

Courteous service. Came in for a tuneup, and based on the condition of my bike. Was recommended a few parts replacements that made more sense (and ended up being cheaper overall).
