The experience was great, start to finish. The bike I wanted to test ride was ready when I got there, I was given good directions of the area for test riding, and bike adjustments were made quickly for my test. I decided to buy, accessories were offered without pressure, a tubeless upgrade was completed quickly, and I was on my way.

I go to Freewheel for the service on my full suspension mountain bike. I like my bike to be clean, shift great and not have any creaks. I used to go to the Roseville location which closed, so I travel to the St. Paul location now. I normally do a beginning of season service to get everything clean and tightened to spec. I had to bring it back after a crash last season to get the shifting perfect again, they got it done in a day, hopefully I won't need to do that this year. It always comes back clean and riding great from Freewheel, I highly recommend.

Went there once this past week for the first time. And I was very impressed with the customer service. Bought a cover for the saddle on my new ebike, and the worker was kind enough to put the cover on the saddle for me.

My bike was involved in a crash. Noah did a thorough inspection of my bike. Two days later the repairs were done and the bike rides like new again. I highly recommend them.

Freewheel has been my choice of a bike shop for about forty-five years. There are many reasons for this but let's just leave it with my belief that the staff at Freewheel is serious about bicycling and wants the customer to have the most positive experience possible when shopping for the right bike and then experiencing the joy of riding that bike.
